We train teams in what we deploy ourselves

Practical workshops on working with AI, automation and modern project delivery, for teams and leadership. The programme is built on your organisation’s processes and tools, not on demo slides.

Team workshops · Leadership sessions · Development programmes

Not off-the-shelf courses. Competence from deployments.

For years we have automated processes and deployed AI agents at large FMCG, manufacturing and logistics organisations. Our library of 173 documented solutions is the record of that practice and the source of the examples we train on.

So instead of theory you get a way of working. We know what survives years in production and what falls apart after the first month, and what a team actually goes through before a deployment starts to earn its keep.

How to tell this is not an off-the-shelf course

  • We practise on examples from your company, not invented scenarios
  • Run by someone who deploys the same solutions for clients every week
  • The programme is shaped after talking to you, not pulled from a drawer
  • Before we touch AI, we agree what may be pasted and who checks the output
  • You keep templates that are actually usable afterwards

01 · Training areas

What we train teams in

Below is the scope we usually start the conversation from. The final programme is built for the specific team anyway.

For teams and specialists

AI in everyday work

People know ChatGPT privately, but at work nobody is sure what is allowed, what works and how to check the results. We teach working with AI on the documents, analyses and correspondence of your daily work.

In the programme

prompting on business tasks · research and document work · automating repetitive steps · verifying results and tool limits · data-safety rules

Result: The team leaves with several of its own tasks moved onto AI-assisted work, and knows which tasks not to hand over.

For boards and directors

AI for leaders

AI decisions are currently made somewhere between vendor promises and IT caution. We put the topic in business order: where AI genuinely pays back in processes, and where it creates cost and risk.

In the programme

selecting processes for automation and agents · what AI changes in how teams work · risks, information security and oversight · rules before chaos appears · how to measure deployment results

Result: After the session, what remains is a short list of processes worth piloting and rules to start from safely.

For project managers and leads

Modern project management

Projects rarely fail on methodology, more often on priorities, communication and manual reporting. We work on the participants’ real projects, not textbook cases.

In the programme

planning and prioritisation · risk that is managed, not just listed · stakeholder communication · distributed projects and vendor work · automation and AI in a PM’s work: status, notes, reports

Result: A repeatable approach to planning, risk and reporting, on tools the organisation already has.

For operational teams and their leads

Automating team work

Between “everything manual” and “deploying robots” there is a wide area a team can put in order itself. We show how: on Microsoft 365, Teams and the tools you already work in.

In the programme

ordering the team’s workflow · no-code automations · knowledge that currently lives in mailboxes · when a problem is ready for RPA or an agent · meeting and status hygiene

Result: What remains at the end is a map of the team’s manual work and the first automations, switched on during the session.

02 · How we work

From a conversation to a change in how the team works

Needs conversation

15 minutes: who we are training, why, and what should change in the team’s daily work.

A programme for the team

We fit the scope to level, industry and tools, and, for AI, to your security policies.

The workshop

Work on real examples, with exercises on your cases. On site or remote.

After the workshop

Materials and templates, plus recommendations: what to keep practising and what is worth automating.

03 · Formats

Three formats, one rule of fit

Team workshopLeadership sessionDevelopment programme
Who it is forA team of up to ~12 people, shared work on tasks.Board and directors, a shared map of the topic and decisions.A team or a role group, e.g. all PMs.
TimeOne day, or two half-day blocks.2–3 hours, in the board’s calendar.A 2–6 week cycle: sessions plus implementation tasks.
Best choice whenone competence should enter the team’s daily work.the organisation needs direction and rules before deployments start.the change should cover the way of working, not a single tool.

04 · Working principles

Four principles we hold to

On your processes

Examples and exercises come from your work; slides appear only where they bring order.

On your tools

Microsoft 365, Teams, and the project and AI tools you have or realistically could have.

With rules for AI

What may be pasted, how to verify results and where a human must stay, in line with your IT and compliance.

Accountable for the “after”

The measure of a training is what the team does differently the following week, not the feedback form.
