Process automation: RPA and AI agents

UiPath robots and AI agents take over repetitive work in finance, procurement, HR, operations and IT. We run the whole thing: measuring the process, design, build, testing, go-live and support. Our library describes 233 solutions like this, each with a value model and an implementation plan.

What you get

One team from measuring the process to supporting the robots

We build automation on the UiPath platform and in Microsoft 365, with Microsoft Teams as the place where people work. Robots carry out repetitive steps in your systems, document processing reads invoices and forms, and AI agents understand questions and unstructured data. People decide wherever judgement is needed.

Scope of the service

  • Process measurement: task mining, process mining and interviews with the team
  • Design of the automated process, with rules and human decision points
  • UiPath robots, document processing and AI agents
  • Integration with SAP, Microsoft 365 and industry systems
  • A parallel run on real cases and a controlled go-live
  • SLA-based support with a monthly availability and exceptions report

How it runs

Six stages, the same in every solution

Discovery

Analysis of a data sample, channels, volumes and exceptions together with the process owners.

Design

Target flow, business rules, approval thresholds and the security model.

Build

Robots, document models, system integrations and touchpoints in Teams.

Validation

Parallel processing of real cases, exception handling and sign-off by the team.

Go-live

A controlled start, entity by entity or team by team, with support after launch.

Optimisation

Monitoring, rule tuning and extension to further processes.

Effort depends on the number of systems and entities, document formats and data quality. Every solution in the library describes what it depends on for that process. An example plan for the first 90 days in one tower is on the page for shared service centres.

Engagement models

Three ways to pay for it

We choose the model with you, depending on whether you want to test the business case first, hand over support or strengthen your own team.

Fixed-scope project

One process, an agreed scope and acceptance.

Billing: for the fixed scope

Best choice when you want to check the business case on your own data before deciding on scale.

Managed service

Support and development of automations under an SLA, with an availability report.

Billing: a fixed monthly fee

Best choice when you do not want to build your own support team.

Team working with you

RPA developers, business analysts and SAP consultants inside your teams.

Billing: for time worked

Best choice when staffing should grow and shrink with the automation programme.

If you want to hand over the whole process, people included, we run it as business process outsourcing (BPO), billed per transaction.

Solutions

Processes we automate, by business area

Every solution starts with the problem, shows the process before and after automation, a value model to recalculate on your numbers and an implementation plan. Figures in the descriptions are illustrative.

Technology and partnerships

The platforms we build on

UiPath Authorized Partner

Software robots, document processing, Action Center and AI agents on an enterprise-grade platform.

Microsoft 365 and Teams

Approvals, tasks and conversations with the agent in Teams; documents in SharePoint; reports in Power BI.

KYP.ai

Process and task mining: we choose what to automate from data about the work, not from impressions.

SAP Partner, Open Ecosystem

Automation and support for processes embedded in SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

Security

A robot has only the permissions it needs

  • Work in your Microsoft 365 tenant and in the European region of UiPath Automation Cloud
  • Service accounts with the least privileges needed
  • Credentials in the Orchestrator vault or in Azure Key Vault
  • A full audit trail of every robot and agent operation
  • Segregation of duties, retention and data classification agreed with compliance before the first go-live

Frequently asked questions

Questions about process automation

We do not know which process to start with.

With measurement. Task mining and process mining show how many hours each step takes and what share of the work is repetitive. The result is a ranked backlog with numbers, and the first process is chosen by return.

Who supports the robots after go-live?

We do, under an SLA: queue monitoring, incident response, business rule changes, UiPath Healing Agent for interface changes and a monthly availability and exceptions report. Details are on the 24/7 application support page.

Does the robot make decisions for people?

No. The robot carries out repetitive steps and prepares the case, the AI agent proposes an answer or an action, and a person approves the decision. Every action has an audit trail.

What does it cost?

We price a specific process after a short call and a review of your systems. Every solution in the library has an economic model you can recalculate on your own numbers before we talk.

Our commitment

A better offer, guaranteed

We commit to an offer that costs less than your current provider, at the same quality of service.
