For public bodiesPublic sector: statutory deadlines, correspondence and documents under control
The library describes 26 solutions for public bodies: from freedom-of-information requests and e-delivery, through KSeF invoices on the budget classification, to archives kept by file plan and HR cases. Of these, 12 are typical for the industry and 14 are processes shared by many industries. Each has a value model to recalculate on the body’s own data. The solutions follow Polish rules and systems: KSeF is the national e-invoicing system, e-Doręczenia the electronic delivery service and JRWA the standard file plan for public bodies in Poland.
Deadlines and residents
Requests, reports and statutory deadlines
A freedom-of-information request has a statutory deadline, a resident’s report arrives by email, phone and web form, and a deadline in a case passes because nobody saw the whole list. The robot registers, assigns and watches the deadlines; the official prepares the substantive answer.
Requests arrive on four channels, the clock starts on all of them, and the register is written afterwards.

KSeF, local taxes, grants and tenders
KSeF invoices must be assigned to the budget classification, local tax accounts reconciled with payments, and a grant settlement filed with every document. Tender documentation is built from an approved clause library instead of a copy of the last one.
A structured invoice states the amount. It does not state which unit ordered the work.
See the solution Finance & accountingLocal tax accounts that reconcile themselvesForms are typed in twice, payments arrive without a usable reference, and the first letter a resident gets is a demand.

Archives, contracts and suppliers with access to data
Documents described by file plan, archive categories and disposal, standard contracts and security reviews of suppliers who have access to the body’s data.
Cases close, files do not: categories unchecked, transfer lists retyped, appraisal postponed another year.
See the solution Management & planningThe document archive that files itselfYour documents sit on a network drive with no metadata, under retention rules nobody applies.

Employee cases without paper and email
Leave requests, certificates, data changes, training and declarations, questions about internal rules. The employee files the case in Teams and the robot takes it through the HR system with permissions respected.
Leave should not be approved from memory, rekeyed twice and confirmed by asking.

Scenarios that work the same way in a public body
Scenarios are illustrative models with a calculation, described on an example company.
No more unwanted renewals; clauses and obligations visible at once.

Four steps from a call to a working robot
Pick one process
The one that takes people the most hours today or most often comes back with errors. The list on this page is a good starting point.
We measure it on your data
With several processes at once we use task mining and process mining (KYP.ai) to choose the one with the highest return from data.
Value model and implementation plan
Every solution in the library has an economic model to recalculate on your numbers and implementation stages from discovery to optimisation.
Go-live and support
We build, test and launch the solution in your environment, then support it under an SLA, with reporting on your side.
Frequently asked questions
Questions from public bodies
The solutions use the body’s own Microsoft 365 tenant, and UiPath robots can run in the European region of UiPath Automation Cloud. We agree the data scope before go-live, and every robot action has an audit trail.
No. The robot registers, assigns, watches deadlines and prepares documents. Decisions and substantive answers are prepared and signed by an official.
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Every solution in the library is a separate implementation with its own value model, so you can start with one and add the next once the first is running.
Pick one process with a statutory deadline. We will show you how to watch it automatically.
Tell us about the process and the body’s systems. We will send back an assessment and a plan for the first implementation.
